Hello lovelies! Welcome to my site and thank you for taking the time to be curious about it.
I've always been a intuitive and spiritual person. So, it was no surprise when I entered into my adult years with a passion to learn energetic ways to help bring healing to others.
The majority of my career (over 20 years!) focused on counselling those impacted by addiction and trauma. Working in this field has made me one of the greatest believers in a person's ability to overcome suffering, reclaim their power from wounding and in Spirit's ability to work miracles. While my path has moved beyond that profession, the skills, strength, and experience have very much been woven into the next evolution of my life.
My relationship with energy work began with becoming a Reiki practitioner in 2013. Experiencing the facilitation of Reiki on myself and others allowed my relationship with energy work to deepen while at the same time setting my motivation ablaze to find other energetic interventions. This is when I discovered Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in 2014.
Being trained in the application of EFT otherwise known as "tapping", was a game changer for me. I first used EFT on my own 10-year battle with anxiety. It was important to me to have my own personal experience with how EFT energetically transforms wounding before inviting others to do the same. Within 3 months of tapping whenever I felt anxious, my anxiety was gone. I felt as though I won the lottery and knew I stumbled upon an energetic intervention that could truly get results and make a difference in people's lives. I have been using EFT to help others energetically alchemize distressing thoughts feelings and physical sensations ever since.
My intuition continued to develop over the years leading me to the trainings of Amy Major. Training with Amy provided me with the much-needed understanding behind my spiritual experiences and welcomed me into a community of like-minded individuals. I am forever grateful to this community and especially for the Start Sisters of Light for giving me a non-judgmental, safe space to flourish & speak my spiritual truths.
The Faithful Valkyrie is a sacred creative space where this life's journey meets the divinity of my soul.
SPIRITUAL PROTECTION
At the heart of what I feel called to do in this world is offer something that empowers others to embrace their authenticity, eases suffering and increases spiritual protection.
My introduction to spiritual protection in this life began with Archangel Michael, the great angelic leader and defender of the Divine.
In many places around the world, you find people who believe that their loved ones who have passed away - send them signs from the other side. Similarly, when I would pray for protection during deeply difficult times, Archangel Michael would send me the symbology of a sparrow as an acknowledgement that my prayers have been heard. This symbolic communication gave me great comfort in knowing that the Divine had a hand on moments that held great vulnerability for me.
As I continued along my spiritual path, I have been blessed with an expansive spiritual protection team in Spirit including my kindred clan from the Norse Spiritual Realms!
SPIRITUAL PROTECTION THROUGH WOUND HEALING
One could choose to understand spiritual protection as a force that surrounds us — a shield of intention, faith, or divine presence that guards the human spirit/soul/consciousness from harm. Some traditions speak of guides, guardians, or sacred energies; others describe protection as clarity, awareness, or the ability to stay rooted in one’s truth. At its core, spiritual protection is the universal human desire to feel safe, supported, and connected to something larger than ourselves.
My perspective is this: the strongest form of spiritual protection within your control begins within.
When we heal the patterns that drain us, soothe the wounds that distort our perception, and reclaim the parts of ourselves that darkened in the shadows of suffering, we become our own sanctuary. Protection stops being something we seek outside of ourselves and becomes something we generate from the inside. Harnessing the use of grit, non-judgement and self‑honesty as fuel, we return to a place of sovereignty and authentic personal power.
It is my belief that when we choose to walk a path of personal healing, we transform the consciousness of who we are on both sides of the veil, naturally evoking a protection that strengthens the spirit while tending to the human heart.
A VALKYRIE INSPIRED PATH ON HOW TO FIGHT WHEN THE BATTLE IS INTERNAL
Suffering accompanies the human experience. This, we all know. It may come through the loss of a loved one, experiencing abuse, being bullied, humiliated, or shamed; being betrayed or rejected; witnessing devastation; feeling traumatized; or battling ongoing insecurities and phobias.
Although this is not a complete list of human suffering or “wounding,” it is enough to understand how painful experiences can shift our ability to peacefully and confidently move forward in life. Eventually, pain can reach a point where a person feels consumed by it. One negative experience after another can lead us to become avoidant of our wounds or, by contrast, hyper‑fixated on them — resulting in the anchoring of a dark filter through which we view ourselves, others, and the world in general.
But even in the deepest internal battles, there is a way forward.
This training stands at the meeting point of my two worlds: the grounded discipline of Emotional Freedom Technique and the guidance I receive from the consciousness of the Valkyries as a Spiritual Medium.
SWANFEATHER emerges from this union — a co‑creation where evidence‑based therapeutic technique and the Valkyries’ understanding of the warrior spirit intertwine.
The Valkyries are stepping forward now, advocating for a bridge between the warrior spirit they honour and a healing pathway that fosters it.
Why? Because the Spiritual Realm knows humanity needs it.

MY CREED
My entire life I searched for a spiritual path where I could fully devote myself to, but I seem to always find there were elements of the path that did not feel true for me personally which would put me in conflict with my authenticity. One day, deep in meditation, I began to search inside my soul for the words to express the divine truth of what I believe in spiritually. The outcome of my quest for self-understanding was a gift I call The Offering. A transcription of what my soul holds as divine truth about the universe in which we exist.
THE OFFERING
What I believe at the most fundamental spiritual level:

In the existence of a Supreme Creator, experienced through Divine Consciousness and expressed as intelligent energy within a Divine Spectrum of Frequency that permeates the Multiverse and is upheld by Divine Governance.

That this Divine Consciousness exists within the energetic fabric of all that is including everything living and non-living in the physical world.

That Divine Consciousness is an ever-evolving form of energetic intelligence that has infinite potential to experience, create, transform and/or communicate.
How these beliefs impact my spiritual perspective in this life:
Because I exist, I am also an expression of this Divine Consciousness and can choose to experience, create, transform and/or communicate with various aspects of Divine Consciousness.
The Offering is the foundational layer of my spiritual belief system. It opens a gateway for a diverse expression of spiritual practice throughout this lifetime. If The Offering resonates with your soul, you are welcome to reference it, share it, or acknowledge it within your own spiritual work or online presence. I only ask that you credit the source as The Faithful Valkyrie. The Offering is a sacred, complete expression of my spiritual truth. It is meant to remain whole and unchanged. The Order of Divine Heathenry
Heathenry is a term that refers to a family of religions and spiritual paths that honor and worship the Gods of the ancient Germanic peoples, including Odin, Thor, Tyr, Frigg, Freyja, and others. These traditions are also known by names such as Norse Paganism, Germanic Paganism, Forn Sed, Urglaawe, or Ásatrú. Much of the knowledge within these paths is preserved through ancestral memory, community practice, archaeological findings, and historical texts.
The Order of Divine Heathenry was founded by The Faithful Valkyrie to acknowledge and support Spiritual Mediums who have gifts, abilities, and spiritual contracts in service to the Norse Spiritual Realms. Members of the Order may or may not have ancestral ties to the Germanic peoples in this lifetime; their spiritual contracts arise from the lineage of their soul history, not solely from physical ancestry. Each member retains full autonomy over how their spirituality is expressed in their life and how they fulfill their service to the Norse Spiritual Realms.
The Order exists to provide a unifying term for Spiritual Mediums who walk this path and to offer a global symbol that members may use to express unity in their service to the Norse Spiritual Realms.
The Order of Divine Heathenry does not govern, direct, or instruct its members on how to carry out their spiritual contracts. It does not teach mediumship, certify spiritual abilities, or supervise spiritual work. Instead, it serves as an acknowledgment that these spiritual contracts exist in the world and that some individuals feel called to serve humanity through their relationship with the Norse Spiritual Realms.
Members of the Order may have spiritual contracts that involve exclusive service to the Norse Spiritual Realms or may have contracts that form only one branch of their broader spiritual work. All members act independently and take full responsibility for the services they offer to others. They do so with integrity, knowing that their souls are accountable to the Norse Spiritual Realms they serve.
The Order of Divine Heathenry has created a symbolic emblem that Spiritual Mediums may use to self‑identify as members of the Order. This emblem is a symbol of unity and shared purpose; it is not a credential, certification, or professional endorsement.
The Faithful Valkyrie in Spiritual Practice
In addition to founding The Order of Divine Heathenry, I actively practice in Mystical Heathenry, a stream of Heathenry shaped by direct spiritual experience rather than historical reconstruction. This path is experiential, visionary, and consciousness‑oriented, rooted primarily in personal encounters with the Norse Spiritual Realms and the beings who dwell within them. In addition to these encounters, my practice also includes:

Refraining from intentional harm within these spaces and tending to peace through my choices, conduct, and the way I hold myself in the world
I hold deep respect for the historical reconstruction pathways within Heathenry and acknowledge their importance in preserving cultural memory, ancestral traditions, and the ways humanity continues to honor the Norse Spiritual Realms on earth. While my own practice is guided by spiritual contact and lived experience, I recognize the value of all approaches that seek to engage with the Norse Gods, ancestors, and spirits in meaningful and ethical ways.
